The Triple
La Dernière Prière was born of a desire to offer a quality product combining flavour, smoothness and character. This beer is produced in the tradition of Belgian triple beers: a golden, top-fermented blonde ale refermented in the bottle at over 8% alcohol by volume.
Dernière Prière Triple is the eldest of the Prieur's family of beers. Its three cereals - barley, wheat and oats - combine to produce a silky, fresh beer.
Two hops enhanced by light notes of coriander and orange peel give Triple a fruity flavour that soothes its strong character.
The Blond
Like its elder brother the Triple, La Dernière Prière Blonde is characterised by its complexity and quality. It gracefully joins the family of Prieur beers.
It is light and fresh, offering an atypical blend of subtly crafted aromas.
With a floral base of sage blossom, it is rounded off by citrus notes to refresh a light, gentle blend.
With a hint of ginger on the finish, it adds a touch of sparkle to your prayer time.
Since 2025, a third benchmark has been in the pipeline. Not yet available to the general public, it is currently being patiently awaited. Any idea what colour the next La Dernière Prière will be?
